Exchange Policy

 

Thank you for choosing to shop with The Classy Peacock.  We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you and your friends in the future.  We encourage you to ask questions about color, length & sizes while shopping so that you receive exactly what you were expecting.  Please inspect your shipment immediately, and should you need to make an exchange your exchange must meet the conditions below.    

Exchange Policy

1. Exchange or store credit ONLY within 10 days of purchase date on REGULAR PRICED merchandise & accompanied by receipt. - NO REFUNDS.

2.  Merchandise must be unworn, original tags still attached, and in sellable condition.  All returns are at the discretion of management.

3. Exchanges are NOT accepted on WORN merchandise, SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, SEASONAL MERCHANDISE, JEWELRY, CUSTOM ORDERS, FORMAL WEAR or SALE items.

 

It is your responsibility if returning a package to package correctly and ensure that it is received by us.  It is recommended that you return only by return receipt requested. 

 Items need to be promptly inspected as we have a ten (10) day window to get them sent back except during special holiday extension.

*We do not allow exchanges or credits on SALE items – they are final.  Please make your selections carefully and do not ask for exceptions to this.

*Please use tracking on your package and consider insurance if needed.  If the post office looses your package we cannot issue a credit when we don’t get the merchandise back

NOTE:  Please use tracking on your return packages to keep the post office accountable.  You are responsible for the items until it reaches our warehouse.  If your package is lost in transit back to us we assume no responsibility for the lost package.  You must claim it with your carrier or insurance.
